🏙 This is my home so just ask for recommendations for anything you like to do, from cheapest happy hours to best murals and museums. When checking in, I provide a guide of 50+ of my favorite places within walking distance!
🏠 The master bedroom is large and spacious, with a wall mounted TV and Roku streaming device. The second bedroom is on the small side, but the bed frame is 18 inches high, so there is a lot of space to store luggage under the bed (or in the living room if you want.)
🛋 The couch turns into a full sofa bed, good for two people. Extra blankets are located in the living room (inside the sofa's storage.) Please let me know if you would also like to use the air mattress.
🏘 Logan Circle is quiet and residential, yet only blocks from the action in Shaw, 14th St, U St, Dupont Circle, downtown DC, and Chinatown. This is the place to be whether you're here for work, touring, or for food and nightlife!
😍 Here is a sample of one section from my DC recommendations guide mentioned above:
☕️ Top coffee in neighborhood:
Slipstream, The Coffee Bar, Seylou Bakery, Colada Shop, The Wydown, Milk Bar (flagship location), La Colombe, Compass Coffee, Philz Coffee, Bluestone Lane, and much much more, including Starbucks close by.
❓Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. Looking forward to having you as guests soon!
🍴Feel free to use the Keurig (more info below), dishwasher, or washer/dryer to wash your own clothes.
☕️ Do you love coffee? I have ordered lots of K-Cups for Airbnb guests to enjoy! Start your morning in DC off right by loading a pod into the Keurig and making some coffee! Or bring some K-Cups of your favorite coffee from the nearby CVS/ Whole Foods :)
📺 The living room features a 4k and 65" TV, complete with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and an Xbox One.
I am always available via texts and will respond as soon as possible! I am available in person too normally.

Small sample of being in the middle of 6 amazing neighborhoods, and next to downtown:
Within ~.5 miles:
New free Korean culture museum that opened very recently, in the former Korean embassy from 1889
14th St. - New bustling corridor with tons of boutique stores/ night life and brunch options with the newest nationally acclaimed restaurants and bars in the country such as Maydan (best new restaurant in America!), Le Diplomate (Joe Biden's favorite), Churchkey (largest beer list on East Coast only 2 blocks away) etc.
U St. corridor - LOTS of bars. DC's version of 6th St or Bourbon St!
Whole Foods/Streets Market/Trader Joe's/Giant are all walking distance for some groceries!
Over a dozen coffee shops (including several Starbucks)
Lincoln Theater, Studio Theater, Howard Theater, and concerts at Black Cat
A ton of LGBTQ/gay bars
Instagramable Watermelon House mural
Milk Bar's flagship shop with exclusive experimental desserts, plus all the Crack Pie and cereal milk ice cream you could want! (As seen on Netflix's Chef's Table)
City's hidden gem, historic Blagden Alley - featuring the colorful Instagramable Love mural, La Colombe, The Dabney (1 Michelin Star), Tiger Fork (Hong Kong restaurant), and the newest Death and Co. speakeasy.
Washington Convention Center
Marriott Marquis hotel
Shaw - famously known for Dacha (German beer garden) and 9:30 Club
Within 1 mile:
White House
Downtown
Dupont Circle (O St Mansion is a must see!)
Chinatown - Hundreds of bars and restaurants centered around the Capital One Arena (Go Caps!)
National Portrait Gallery - must see Obama's new portrait! (free), National American Art (free)
CityCenter (luxury shopping plaza with very Instagramable outdoor art and decorations)
Honestly, most of DC is within 1 mile. So there's tons more!
Bus 52 goes directly to Dupont Circle/Georgetown and is located less than a block away.
I do not typically recommend taking the DC metro train because it takes too long and you can walk to most places here, but the Green metro line is a 10 minute walk either north or east (U St/Mt. Vernon) and Orange/silver/blue metro lines are a ~15 minute walk (McPherson Sq / Metrocenter).
Uber/Lyft are much better than the train because they are ~$10 to most places and have no delays.
DC has also now has lots of bikes and electric scooters all over the city, easily found close to apartment, in addition to the docked Capital Bikeshare stations near by. Download Uber and Lyft to access the scooters and bikes!
